TERMS & CONDITIONS Please note for returns to be allowable we must be contacted within 30 days of purchase via email. You will be issued a store credit for your return minus all shipping charges. Some pre-opened items may not be returnable at all. You MUST wait for us to issue an RMA # or arrange for a call tag to be sent. Do NOT send back items to an address that is on the package. You MUST contact us for appropriate steps to follow or we may not be able to reimburse you for an item returned without going through the proper channels. Please Note: Orders going to Hawaii and Alaska with be charged a shipping fee. Free shipping is in the continental U.S. only.. Please Note on Cancelled Orders: Our system is automated and once you place an order it is sent to our fulfillment center for processing. Cancelled orders are subject to a 10% processing and cancellation fee. There are no exceptions.
